Register a Complaint

If you wish to register a complaint the quickest way is through the Members Area. You can also contact us on 0800 711 7777 or email us at complaints@anglingprotect.co.uk.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at:

South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR

If you are eligible we will provide you with details of how to refer to the F.O.S when we send you your final written response or at 8 weeks after receipt of your complaint.
